shooting

day 1) the first day of shooting went well considering previous problems we had with finding actors and locations. we filmed on a sunday so this way we had all day to film, this helped alot as if anything was to go wrong we were able to sort it efficiently, fortunately we did not have many problems during the filming process. on this day we experimented with a variety of different shots to see what fitted best with our intitial idea of the film, Grant (our actor in our film) did very well, he listened carefully and followed all of our intsructions despite him being dragged off camera at the end. Me and Jack were present, however Dean was not due to technicality.

day 2) as we covered the majority of filming on the first day we did not have a great deal to do on the second day of filming. we added a few scenes into the film as it was not long enough and at points did not make sense, we thought it would be substantial to add more. there were little problems again this day, Grant was happy to help again and he wore the same costume for continuity which helped us alot. all members were present on this day of filming.

all of our shots are now ready to be edited for our rough cut, so we then moved on to the editing stage.

8.      POV – Creature watching Teenager (scene 2)

9.      MS – Teenager begins running, scene 2

10.  LS – Teenager halts again, scene 2

11.  POV – From Teenager, looks around, spots creature. Scene 2

12.  MS – Teenager sprints off, Scene 2.

13.  CU – Teenager is on phone, hiding behind a tree. (Scene 4)

14.  CU – Teenager is dragged off (Scene 4)

15.  ECU – Phone screen reading “POLICE” (Scene 4)

16.  LS – Teenager is sprinting off across an open green field (Scene 3)
